Refund Policy

Here at Delinky Kids we endeavour to provide good quality products and service every time. Should you not be a satisfied customer we wish to know immediately so we can put things right.

As a customer of Delinky Kids you can be assured that we will happily refund or exchange goods that you are not happy with. Returned goods must be in shop condition to gain a refund and posted back to us within 7 days of receipt. Exchanging sizes, colours etc is not a problem provided the product is in shop condition and another option is available. Should a replacement not be available we will happily refund your purchase.

Please note that postage is not refundable on returned items. If the product is faulty we will resend another free of charge on receipt of the faulty item, all other returns are at your expense.
