" I scoured the shops and the internet looking for a pink waterproof jacket and trousers for my daughter, which you would think would be an easy enough task, but no……it seems you can only get them in dark colours, not girlie colours.  Or, if you can find a jacket, you can’t get matching trousers….and then I stumbled across Delinky Designs.  They had exactly what I was looking for – jacket and trousers in bright pink.  Perfect!  And they were an absolute bargain too – how could I resist?  So I placed the order and Delwyn from Delinky said I would have them the following day – which would have been the case, had it not been for the incompetency of New Zealand Post!  After much confusion, it seems that NZ Post tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong delivery address, which is why it did not arrive the following day as it should have done.  Anyway, the parcel was returned back to Delinky and they very kindly covered the cost of reposting the item to me.  None of this was the fault of Delwyn or Delinky, who kept in constant contact throughout the entire saga and went out of their way to ensure I received the items I had ordered and paid for.

I would just like to finish by saying that Delinky Designs were a pleasure to deal with, and I think that some of the larger corporate companies in New Zealand could do a lot worse than take at leaf out of Delinky’s book in terms of customer service.  I will definitely be recommending Delinky to my friends and look forward to dealing with them again in the future."  C Tuer 19/5/08
